RAD CRM Now Integrates with PropertyRadar
We’ve added another one to the list: RAD CRM now integrates with PropertyRadar. PropertyRadar leads now flow straight into RAD automatically — organized, ready to work, and ready to drop into your automations. No exporting, no spreadsheets, no copying contacts from one system to another.
What PropertyRadar brings
PropertyRadar is a property and homeowner data platform. It covers more than 160 million properties and over 300 million mortgage records, with owner contact data, life-event signals and an event engine that can alert you when something changes. For mortgage pros specifically, it ships with ready-made plays for the opportunities you’d actually want to work — lower-rate refinances, cash-out refis, and FHA and VA streamlines among them.
In other words, it’s very good at answering the question “who should I be talking to right now?”
Why it belongs next to your CRM
Finding the opportunity has never been the whole job. A list of homeowners who might benefit from a refinance is worth exactly nothing until someone reaches out, follows up, and keeps following up until the timing is right. That’s where most prospecting quietly falls apart — the list gets pulled, a few calls get made, and then real work gets busy and the rest of it goes cold in a spreadsheet.
Put the two together and each one covers the other’s blind spot. PropertyRadar tells you who. RAD makes sure they actually hear from you — with the texts, emails, reminders and long-term nurture that turn a data point into a conversation, and a conversation into a loan.
How it works
The integration does the moving and sorting for you:
- Leads land in RAD automatically. PropertyRadar leads come straight into your RAD account — nothing to export or upload.
- The data arrives organized. Contacts are sorted into RAD as they come in, so you’re working a clean pipeline instead of cleaning one up.
- Automations take it from there. Drop new leads into the workflows and campaigns you already run in RAD — texts, emails, follow-up reminders and long-term nurture — so every lead gets worked the same way, every time.
The result is that a PropertyRadar search can turn into a running follow-up campaign without you touching a spreadsheet in between.
Where it fits with last week’s post
If you read last week’s piece on being ready when rates move, this is the other half of it. Your own database is the first place to look when a window opens — but it isn’t the only place. PropertyRadar widens the net to homeowners who aren’t in your database yet, brings them straight into RAD, and your automations work them with the same consistency you’d give a past client.
A quick word on doing it right
More data means more responsibility. Before you text or call anyone new, make sure your outreach respects do-not-call lists, consent rules and your company’s own compliance requirements. PropertyRadar lets you filter by do-not-call status, and it’s worth using every time. The goal is to be the loan officer people are glad they heard from — not one more number they block.
