The Rad CRM, LLC (“Rad CRM,” the “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides a Software as a Service platform (the“Service”) that can be accessed at https://theradcrm.com (the“Website”).

Your privacy is important to us. It is our practice to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect from you across our Website and and the Service we operate. In order to maintain the privacy of your information we have developed this privacy policy (the“Privacy Policy”) to standardize our data collection practices and security procedures, and to keep you informed as to how we collect, process, and safeguard your data. This Privacy Policy applies to all visitors of the Website and subscribers to any Service we currently provide and that we may provide in the future.
We only ask for personal information when we need it to provide and improve our Service. We collect it by fair and lawful means, with your knowledge and consent. We also let you know why we are collecting it and how it will be used.

You own your data. If at any point you no longer wish to continue working with the Company, upon request your data will be removed from our systems.

Our Website may link to external sites that are not operated by us, and our Service may use sub-processors such as hosting providers and payment facilitators. Please be aware that we have no control over the practices of these providers nor the content of their websites, and we cannot accept responsibility or liability for their respective privacy policies. How We Use Your Information
We may use the information we collect from and about you for any valid business purpose (as defined by applicable law) and for legal commercial purposes, such as:
- Facilitating your registration for a Rad CRM Service account
- Sending you information about your Service-related activities
- Detecting security incidents, protecting against malicious, deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity, and assisting law enforcement to identify and prosecute those responsible for such activity
- Debugging to identify and repair errors that impair existing intended functionality (i.e. to administer and troubleshoot the Service)
- Processing transactions
- Analyzing and improving the Service
- Enforcing the legal terms and conditions that govern your use of the Website and the Service
- Contacting you via email (if you opt in)
- Providing customer service support
- Complying with legal obligations and orders from government or law enforcement officials

Sharing of Your Information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share any PII publicly or with third parties, except for the above reasons and when we are otherwise permitted or required to do so by law. Nonetheless, even though we do not sell PII for monetary consideration, certain disclosures of personal information may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” under applicable law. You may opt out of such disclosures as described below.
Customer Data
Our customers control the personal information they store in the Service. We process such data on their behalf and in accordance with their instructions. If you are an individual whose data has been submitted by one of our customers, please contact that customer directly.
Technological Protections
Our Website and Service respect users’ Do Not Track (“DNT”) signals. In addition you are free to refuse our request for your personal information at any time, with the understanding that we may be unable to provide you with some or all of your desired features of the Service.
Consent
The Service is not intended for nor allowed to be used by anyone under the age of 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect PII directly from children under the age of 13 without parental consent. If we become aware that a child under the age of 13 has provided us with PII, we will delete the information from our records. In addition, we recommend that minors under and over the age of 13 ask their parents for permission before sending any information about themselves to anyone over the Internet.
By using the Service you are consenting to the practices outlined in this Privacy Policy, and you are giving us permission to collect, process, use, and store your personal data for the purposes identified.
Email Communication – Additional Consent
In addition to the transaction based communications described above, we may from time to time send you promotional and marketing emails on subjects we think may be of interest to you, but you must explicitly consent to these communications. You have the opportunity to do so upon sign up, login, and any other time using the Service. If at any time you wish to withdraw your consent to receiving these communications you may email us at support@theradcrm.com. Once we receive your request we will process it within a reasonable amount of time. We do not discriminate against any consumers who opt out of communication with us.
Push notifications
Our Service may send push notifications to our users to achieve the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy.
Users may in most cases opt-out of receiving push notifications by visiting their device settings, such as the notification settings for mobile phones, and then changing those settings on their device.
Please be aware that disabling push notifications may negatively affect the utility of the Service.
Security of Your Information
We only retain collected information for as long as necessary to provide you with your requested service. What data we store, we will protect using commercially reasonable means to prevent loss and theft, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use, or modification.
Notwithstanding the above, no method of transmission of information over the internet or electronic storage is ever 100% secure. Although we endeavor to protect your PII, we cannot guarantee the security of your PII transmitted through or collected through the use of our Service and any transmission of PII is at your own risk.
Data Retention
The specific retention period for each category of PII that we store depends on the nature of the information and the purposes for which it is processed. In determining retention periods, we consider:

- Whether the information is needed to provide Services
- Legal, accounting, tax, and regulatory requirements

California Residents’ Rights
California residents may submit a request to exercise their information, access, or deletion rights by emailing us at support@theradcrm.com. We will need to verify your identity to process your information, access, and deletion requests, and we reserve the right to confirm your California residency. Government identification may be required.
If you wish to designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf, we will need to verify both your and your agent’s identities, and your agent must provide valid power of attorney or other proof of authority acceptable to us in our reasonable discretion. We cannot process your request if you do not provide us with sufficient detail to allow us to understand and respond to it. In certain cases, we may be required or permitted by law to deny your request.
We will request and accept the following forms of ID when information on your personal data is requested: passport, driving license, birth certificate, utility bill (from last 3 months), current vehicle registration document, bank statement (from last 3 months), or rent receipts (from last 3 months). We will not collect or store sensitive PII during the verification process.
Under California Civil Code Sections 1798.83-1798.84, California residents are entitled to ask certain covered businesses for a notice (a) identifying the categories of personal information (as defined by California law) that are shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes and (b) providing contact information for such third parties. However, as disclosed here in our Privacy Policy, we do not share any PII for these purposes.
General Protections
Where required by applicable law, we honor browser-based opt-out signals, including those that communicate your preference to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information or targeted advertising.
Disclosure
Although we agree that we will not sell or pass along your PII to third parties without first obtaining your consent, except as required or allowed by law or regulation or if you violate our Website or Service’s Terms of Service, we may sell, transfer or otherwise share some or all of our business or assets, including your PII, in connection with a business transaction (or potential business transaction) such as a corporate divestiture, merger, consolidation, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, or in the event of bankruptcy or dissolution.
