This is the best support I have ever had with a CRM.
I have been impressed with the service RAD provides compared to some of the larger CRMs out there. They are hands on and willing to help any way they can. This is the way a service should conduct business but it is very uncommon these days. There are many tools I have not applied yet, but I like knowing I can step up my marketing at any point. Keep up the great work!

Just wanted to say thank you — your team has been fantastic, and the product is awesome, very much what I was looking for.
The realtor and client feedback are more like indirect compliments about the CRM. I’ve had realtors comment about our professionalism. I get a lot of thank you replies from listing agents and escrow reps. I’ve had three clients in the past couple months comment about the homebuying process feeling easy. I’ve been doing this 4 years and have never heard that before lol 😂 I look at all of that as positive feedback for the CRM.
I decided to work with Rad and must say this has been my best experience in the 7 CRMs I’ve tried in the past few years. Your “roadmap/pathway” training is GREAT for me — it allows me to watch, apply. Most companies may have hundreds of videos but NO flow, no process, just whatever is on my mind. I have learned a TON.
